James “Jim” Arnouts is the founder of Arnouts Insurance Agency and a seasoned insurance professional known for his integrity, work ethic, and client‑first philosophy. A former Vanderbilt University football captain with a degree in Economics, he brings the same discipline and leadership he developed on the field into running the family‑centered agency he established in 1999. Jim has been married since 1991 and is the proud father of four children—two of whom now work alongside him at Arnouts Insurance Agency, continuing the family legacy. Outside the office, Jim maintains an active lifestyle and is a dedicated competitor in the Michigan Gravel Race Series, often riding with his family and enjoying the outdoors together.
